Quality Inn & Suites Matteson near I-57

The location was great, right at the interstate, shops and restaurants near by. A pet friendly facility, there was green space available outside for me to walk my dog, and I liked being separated from other vacationationers because I had my dog with me. When I brought to the attention of the front desk staff that someone had spilled something sticky all over the elevator floor, they attended to it right away.

The location and cost of the hotel was great. The rooms are a little dated but they’re clean and have all the amenities advertised.

Exceeded my expectations. Went over and and beyond. Staff very friendly. I loved the complimentary continental breakfast. Recommend. Will come back again in the near future.
